Make a pumpkin-related craft and hear some stories and tall tales. Cost: £2.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No need to book, just drop in. Suitable for under 5s, older siblings welcome.
Insects Alive! with Wild Creature Features

Meet a creepy-crawly collection of live spiders and insects this special Halloween-themed event – will you be brave enough to handle one yourself? Make spooky spider craft to take away and discover all about these incredible creatures! Cost: £2.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No need to book, just drop in.
St John’s Museum by Torchlight – Museums at Night event
St John’s Museum, Warwick
Friday 30th October 5.00pm – 9.00pm
Explore the museum by torchlight and follow the spooky trail. There will be showings of Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb at 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Spaces limited for film showings, collect a timed ticket upon arrival. You will need to bring your own torch. Free entry, donations welcome. A joint event with the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (Royal Warwickshire) Museum.
Spooky Bats & Owls at Warwickshire Libraires
Find out all about the nocturnal animals that come alive at night. Make a Halloween decoration and an owl mask, and see some of the natural history specimens from Warwickshire Museum. FREE: Tickets for library events must be booked in advance by calling 0300 555 8171 and ask for the relevant library.
Sessions are suitable for school-aged children. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
