To celebrate the UK festival ‘Museums at Night’ Market Hall Museum is throwing open it’s doors on the evening of Friday 18th May.

See Market Hall Museum in a new light enjoying a relaxed evening with friends. Explore the Museum after dark with glow sticks to guide your way, or just relax with a drink in our bar/cafe.  Join creative technologist John Sear and students from Warwickshire college to play interactive mystery games that have been made to explore the characters, objects and stories that lie inside Market Hall Museum. In small teams you will play the games using smart phone technology, a digital code breaker & other unusual tools. You can grab a drink and get stuck into some riddles and detective work! The games have been made as part of a project by Birmingham based art, science & technology gallery, BOM.

FREE entry, donations welcomed. Id required for bar. Please book your free tickets at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/heritageboxoffice or call 01926 412500. Event runs from 5pm – 9pm.

Museums at Night is the UK-wide festival of Lates in museums and galleries, produced by Culture24, the Brighton-based arts charity dedicated to shining a light on Britain’s sparkling culture and heritage.
